Shipping Container Offices
When your jobsite is remote or far from your office, stay productive with an on-site administrative space. Eagle Leasing offers portable storage units that can serve as your ground-level office. We’ve proudly built the Northeast’s most capable ground-level office program, bringing numerous operational advantages to construction projects and beyond. These turnkey professional workspaces are fast to set up, easy to access and durable. We’ll deliver these containers to your jobsite and make them work-ready for your team.
Benefits of Shipping Container Offices
Container offices for sale offer numerous operational advantages, including:
- Ground-level design: Ground-level offices don’t have stairs, leveling, tiedowns or block-and-level setups. This design makes the delivery, setup and daily use much easier, helping you save time and money. Ground-level offices also circumvent stair requirements from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
- Sustainability: Repurposing a shipping container for a temporary or remote office is typically more eco-friendly than building a new building to accommodate the space you need.
- Layout variety: Whether you need a breakroom, a private office or an open workspace, our experienced team can help you choose an office container with a size and layout that meets your unique needs.
Applications for Office Container Rentals
Office containers are useful for numerous industries, including:
- Construction: Site supervisors for construction projects need durable, secure and functional workspaces. We can deliver these containers directly to a construction jobsite to serve as a command center for administrative tasks and meetings.
- Commercial: Business owners can use portable office containers as their primary or secondary office space, providing professional coworking spaces for remote workers or as temporary offices during main facility renovations.
- Healthcare: Storage container office rentals can serve as intake facilities or administrative offices to support hospital overflow during renovations. The ground-level design makes the container more accessible for patients.
- Education: During construction, container offices for rent can work as learning or testing centers and administrative offices. With modifications, these spaces can meet building code requirements for student and staff safety.
- Municipalities and government: Office containers can serve as site offices for temporary community events or when municipal buildings and government offices are under construction.
- Entertainment: Shipping container offices can operate as functional ground-level command centers or green rooms for special events and entertainment venues.

Office Trailer vs. Office Container: What’s the Difference?
Eagle Leasing offers both office containers and office trailers. These options work well as mobile offices during temporary projects and work transitions. When deciding which design to choose, consider the difference in their positions. While office trailers are elevated on wheels and require a staircase to enter, office containers sit on the ground to provide ground-level access.
