Our office trailers and office containers come with HVAC systems that handle both heating and cooling. Most units use a wall-mounted package unit, similar to a hotel room HVAC. Larger or double-wide units may have multiple zones. Temperature runs off a digital thermostat inside the unit.

While their delivery fees were slightly higher than the competition, I quickly learned that you truly get what you pay for—and they were worth every single penny.
The entire team went above and beyond to make my life easier. Bob arranged my order. When I panicked with some last-minute concerns, Bob answered his phone at 7 a.m., an hour before my scheduled delivery and immediately put my mind at ease.
Hector called at 7:45 a.m. to let me know that he was on his way to deliver the container. He even gave me a few extra minutes to finish sweeping my driveway. Because I live on a steep hill, Hector instantly recognized he needed different equipment to handle the incline safely. He called for backup, and Exal arrived within minutes to help.
Watching Hector and Exal work was like seeing true masters of their craft. They were hyper-aware of everything around them—carefully watching the overhead wires and the driveway wall. They placed the container exactly where I needed it so I could still access my property, expertly adjusted it for the hill, and made sure I knew exactly how to operate the door and the lock before they left.
