Coverage for Your Stored Contents Contents Insurance protects the items stored inside your Eagle Leasing unit, covering inventory, household goods, building materials, retail merchandise, and other contents against loss or damage.

Separate from Equipment Coverage Contents Insurance is distinct from the Damage Waiver, which covers the rental unit itself. Together, they provide comprehensive protection for both the equipment and everything inside it.

Available for All Storage and Office Units Contents Insurance can be added to storage containers, storage trailers, office containers, and office trailers, making it available across the full range of Eagle Leasing rental equipment.

Coverage is subject to underwriting and specific terms and conditions set forth in the policy. EXCLUSIONS: Damage/theft of property not within a fully enclosed and secured unit. Damage due to named storms, floods, or earth movement. Unexplained disappearance. Does not cover various items including firearms, documents, currency, furs, and animals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. You can add Contents Insurance when you sign your rental agreement or at any point during your rental. Coverage takes effect from the date it’s added, not retroactively. If you want to add coverage, contact your sales rep and we’ll update your agreement.
