Extra Vertical Clearance At 9 ft 6 in tall, the High Cube gives you a full foot of additional height over the standard 20ft container. That adds up to 1,320 cubic feet of usable space, making it ideal for storing tall equipment, shelving systems, or bulky materials that would not fit in a standard unit.
Heavy-Duty Steel Construction Built with a reinforced corrugated steel exterior and marine-grade plywood floor, freshly painted and built to last through years of use in all weather conditions.
Weather-Sealed and Secure Fully sealed against rain, wind, pests, and extreme temperatures. Cross ventilation helps manage interior humidity, keeping your stored contents in top condition.
Ground-Level and Forklift-Compatible Access Step right in at ground level with no stairs or ramps needed. Forklift- and dolly-compatible for easy loading of heavier items that take advantage of the extra interior height.
More Room for Tall or Bulky Items The extra foot of interior height makes a real difference when you need to store shelving units, large equipment, rolled materials, or anything that does not fit comfortably in a standard container. Stop working around your space and let your space work for you.
Maximize Every Square Foot With 1,320 cubic feet of capacity, you can stack higher and store more in the same ground footprint as a standard 20ft unit. That means fewer containers and lower costs for the same volume of goods.
Keep Your Contents Protected All-steel construction paired with our 13lb Eagle Lock keeps your contents safe from theft and the elements. Add Contents Insurance or a Damage Waiver for complete coverage.
Rent or Buy on Your Terms Available for short-term rental or purchase. Whether you need it for a single project or as a permanent storage solution, Eagle Leasing has flexible options to match your timeline and budget.
We stock 10, 20, and 40 foot storage containers, plus 40 foot high cubes that give you an extra foot of interior height. We also carry 20 and 40 foot open side containers for oversized cargo, double-door tunnel containers for drive-through loading, and insulated containers for temperature-sensitive storage.
A standard 8’6″ container gives you the most common, lowest-profile footprint. A high cube adds a full foot of interior height at 9’6″, which makes loading tall pallets, equipment, or shelving easier and gives more usable cubic space. High cube is popular when you are storing bulky or stacked goods.

Containers are great for tools, equipment, materials, inventory, files, and seasonal goods. Avoid storing hazardous materials, fuel, or anything flammable, and check your rental agreement for restrictions. If you have a specialized storage need, ask us, we have served construction, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and more since 1967.
You have three options: rent monthly with no long commitment, lease long-term at a better rate, or purchase the unit outright. Rentals include maintenance, so if anything needs attention during your rental, we handle it. Tell your rep how long you expect to need storage and we will recommend the most cost-effective path. We do have a 3-month minimum period for all rentals.
You need a firm, level, accessible surface such as gravel, asphalt, or compacted ground, with enough clearance for our delivery truck to back in and tilt the container off. A 40′ container needs roughly 100′ of straight clearance to place. Your rep will walk through site requirements with you before the drop so there are no surprises.
