Three Separate Office Spaces The 40ft Triple Office is divided into three rooms, two private offices and a shared area, each with its own steel interior door. Teams can work independently without interrupting each other.
Each Office Comes Equipped The unit includes two built-in countertop desks, two filing cabinets, a folding plan table, and two steel interior doors. With 10 outlets and 28 plugs throughout, there is ample power for computers, phones, printers, and more.
Central Climate Control A central HVAC system with heating and air conditioning keeps the entire unit comfortable year-round, powered by a 125-amp, 208/220-volt breaker panel with two phone jacks.
Secure Steel Construction with Multiple Entry Points Built from ISO-grade reinforced corrugated steel with pebbled fiberglass interior wall panels and a marine-grade plywood floor with epoxy finish. Two lockable steel exterior doors with hydraulic closers and six security-barred windows provide secure access and natural light throughout.
Real Office Space for Multiple Teams Whether you need space for a site supervisor, project manager, and safety officer, or separate areas for different departments, the triple office layout means everyone has a dedicated workspace without crowding into a single room.
No Need to Rent Multiple Units Three offices in one container means one delivery, one footprint, and one rental. It is a far more efficient solution than renting separate containers for each team or department.
Professional Enough for Client Meetings With enclosed private rooms, climate control, and a clean interior finish, this unit is professional enough to host clients, inspectors, or stakeholders directly on site.
Get It When You Need It Prompt delivery ensures your unit arrives exactly when and where you need it, set down and ready to use from day one.
Smaller office units (typically 8×20 or smaller) can run on 30 amp service. Larger units with bigger HVAC systems or additional appliances need 50. Running a 50 amp unit on 30 amp power will trip breakers and keep the HVAC from starting correctly. Confirm the electrical spec with your sales rep before committing to a 30 amp site.
Yes. Office trailers and office containers can run on a generator that matches the unit’s electrical requirements (typically 50 amp, 240 volt single-phase). Generators are a common power source for remote jobsite offices. Match generator capacity to the unit’s HVAC and load — undersize it and the HVAC may struggle to start.
Power connects through an electrical panel on the exterior of the unit — typically via a standard trailer-style plug or hardwired connection by a licensed electrician. You (or your electrician) provide the power source (building panel, job site power pole, or generator) and connect to the unit’s panel. Your site has to match the unit’s amperage.
Our office trailers and office containers come with HVAC systems that handle both heating and cooling. Most units use a wall-mounted package unit, similar to a hotel room HVAC. Larger or double-wide units may have multiple zones. Temperature runs off a digital thermostat inside the unit.
Most standard office trailers and office containers run on 50 amp, 240 volt single-phase service. Smaller units can run on 30 amps. The exact requirement depends on the unit size, HVAC tonnage, and any added appliances. Your sales rep will confirm the electrical spec for the specific unit you’re renting.
Office trailers offer more flexible layouts, larger floor plans (up to double-wide modular configurations), and often include built-in restrooms. Office containers are more secure (steel construction, low profile, harder to break into), stack if you need multi-level offices, and sit at ground level so stairs aren’t needed. Office containers are available across our full branch network. Office trailers are stocked at select branches based on regional demand. Pick based on your site, security needs, space requirements, and local availability.
Contact your dedicated rep or call 1-800-GET-EAGLE. On rentals, maintenance is included, so if something needs attention, we will arrange service. Report any issue promptly, especially anything affecting safety or road-readiness, and we will take care of it.
Some do, some don’t. Our office trailer combo configurations come with built-in restrooms, and we can match you to a unit with the setup you need. Office containers typically don’t include bathrooms in the base configuration but can be modified to add one. Confirm at quote time.
Our mobile offices aren’t designed or rated as EV charging stations. The electrical capacity is sized for HVAC, lighting, and standard office loads. Plugging an EV into a standard 110 volt outlet on an office trailer isn’t recommended and may trip breakers or damage the unit’s electrical system.
