Large-Scale Office Space, Fully Equipped The trailer comes with two built-in countertop desks, two filing cabinets, a fold-down planning table, two wire shelves, interior ceiling lights, and 13 outlets, so your team has everything needed to get to work right away.
Climate Control for Year-Round Comfort Heated and cooled by a central HVAC system, the 60ft trailer keeps your workspace comfortable in any season. Powered by a 150-amp, 120v-208v/240v single phase breaker panel with ample capacity for a full office operation.
Durable Aluminum Exterior with Secure Entry Built with aluminum siding for long-lasting durability and suited for sites where a high water table makes ground-level access less practical. Includes two lockable steel exterior doors, seven windows with metal security screens, and two sets of aluminum stairs for safe, easy entry.
Elevated Off the Ground Unlike office containers, the 60ft trailer sits off the ground on wheels, making it a better fit for sites with poor drainage, soft ground, or high water table conditions. It can also be repositioned with a standard ball hitch when your needs change.
Room for Your Entire Team With 720 square feet of workspace, the 60ft trailer gives your crew the room they need to operate efficiently without feeling cramped. Ideal for larger job sites, project headquarters, or multi-department field operations.
Keeps Your Team Off the Ground The elevated design is a practical advantage on wet or muddy job sites. Your team stays cleaner, drier, and more comfortable, and the unit stays protected from ground-level moisture.
Ready to Move When You Are The trailer can be repositioned with a standard 2-5/16 inch ball hitch, giving you flexibility to relocate the office as the job evolves. Eagle Leasing handles all moves on your behalf.
A Professional Space Wherever You Need It Whether it is a construction site, a school renovation, a special event, or a temporary field office, the 60ft trailer gives your team a clean, secure, and functional workspace without the cost of renting permanent office space.
Office trailers offer more flexible layouts, larger floor plans (up to double-wide modular configurations), and often include built-in restrooms. Office containers are more secure (steel construction, low profile, harder to break into), stack if you need multi-level offices, and sit at ground level so stairs aren’t needed. Office containers are available across our full branch network. Office trailers are stocked at select branches based on regional demand. Pick based on your site, security needs, space requirements, and local availability.
Most standard office trailers and office containers run on 50 amp, 240 volt single-phase service. Smaller units can run on 30 amps. The exact requirement depends on the unit size, HVAC tonnage, and any added appliances. Your sales rep will confirm the electrical spec for the specific unit you’re renting.
Office trailers are typically anchored using ground anchors (screw-in or stake-down) connected by steel straps or cables to the trailer frame. In hurricane-prone areas, additional hurricane ties are required. Local codes, wind zone requirements, and site conditions set the exact anchoring spec. Our team can advise on what your site needs.
Our office trailers and office containers come with HVAC systems that handle both heating and cooling. Most units use a wall-mounted package unit, similar to a hotel room HVAC. Larger or double-wide units may have multiple zones. Temperature runs off a digital thermostat inside the unit.
Power connects through an electrical panel on the exterior of the unit — typically via a standard trailer-style plug or hardwired connection by a licensed electrician. You (or your electrician) provide the power source (building panel, job site power pole, or generator) and connect to the unit’s panel. Your site has to match the unit’s amperage.
Contact your dedicated rep or call 1-800-GET-EAGLE. On rentals, maintenance is included, so if something needs attention, we will arrange service. Report any issue promptly, especially anything affecting safety or road-readiness, and we will take care of it.
Yes. Office trailers and office containers can run on a generator that matches the unit’s electrical requirements (typically 50 amp, 240 volt single-phase). Generators are a common power source for remote jobsite offices. Match generator capacity to the unit’s HVAC and load — undersize it and the HVAC may struggle to start.
Yes. Standard stairs come with office trailer rentals. If your site needs specific stair configurations (wider stairs, landing platforms, ADA-compliant ramps), tell your sales rep at quote time and we’ll include the right access package.
Our mobile offices aren’t designed or rated as EV charging stations. The electrical capacity is sized for HVAC, lighting, and standard office loads. Plugging an EV into a standard 110 volt outlet on an office trailer isn’t recommended and may trip breakers or damage the unit’s electrical system.
