The Procurement Specialist is responsible for finding goods and services for the company at the best value regarding quality and prices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify suppliers of goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Manage inventory and restock goods when needed.
- Check invoices to ensure accuracy billing and products delivered.
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and preparing documents like quotes, proposals, purchase terms and conditions from suppliers.

Education, Experience, Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) certification is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel to all Eagle Leasing locations as needed
